SupaPore TTG Microfiltration cartridges have been designed specifically for use in corrosive gas and aggressive liquid applications. The naturally hydrophobic PTFE membrane and PFA hardware make this cartridge an ideal choice for systems requiring excellent compatibility, reliability, and a consistently high-quality filtrate.

SupaPore TTG cartridges feature:

  • A naturally hydrophobic PTFE membrane
  • 100% Fluoropolymer construction
  • 0.05µm to 10µm range of micron rating
  • No fibre migration
  • Wide chemical compatibility
  • High temperature resistance
  • Thermally bonded and adhesive-free

Suitable for most sanitisation regimes including hot water flush and most common sanitising agents.

Maximum Operating Conditions

  • Temperature: 170ºC
  • Recommended Maximum Differential Pressure:
    • Forward Flow: 5.0 bar @ 20ºC
    • 4.0 bar @ 50ºC
    • 3.0 bar @ 110ºC
    • 1.5 bar @ 170ºC
  • Recommended change-out differential pressure: 2.5 Bar
  • The operating conditions above should be treated as maximum differential pressures for short term use without causing cartridge collapse problems.
